Owala pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges and for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Are any products excluded from no-reason returns?

Customized goods, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded. This restriction does not reduce rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

When is an approved refund issued?

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Can an order be cancelled?

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy governs the request.
